The Foundation - A Bespoke Foundational Training Programme

As the name suggests this 16-week programme designed to build the foundations of a fitness journey. To get from being inactive, stiff, and achy in the mornings to being more mobile, more functional, energetic, and stronger. Whether your new to the gym or wanting to get back into training and are not sure where to start then this is for you.

This programme will take you learning various stretches to improving mobility, to functional bodyweight training, taking you then into resistance strength training. Knowing what to do the moment you walk into the gym, not wandering around trying to figure out what to do next, it’s all there for you already!This isn’t just a click and play programme where you’ll have to figure it out for yourself! There will be regular check ins with me to see how you are progressing, anything you find yourself unsure of and if the programme needs adapting at all for your needs.
